Season 1[]
Beth chooses to attend the University of Pennsylvania in order to be near JJ.
Season 2[]
While on leave, JJ and Beth are reunited in Hawaii; they break up, but Beth soon learns she is pregnant with JJ's child, and she moves in with the Pryors.
Season 3[]
After JJ returns home he proposes to Beth and they are married in a ceremony held at the Pryor's catholic church.
